FOR WING, DOWNWIND, SUP and SURF
Foam Core Carbon Masts
Fly Lighter

Built with a foam core carbon sandwich construction, the Foam Core Series delivers minimal weight with exceptional strength and stiffness. Experience the sensation of flying light.
Board Compatibility
Foam Core Carbon masts use a Top Plate mounting system compatible with boards featuring dual US tracks spaced 90 mm apart. Top Plate allows fore-aft adjustment within the tracks to fine-tune foil position.
MAST SIZE GUIDE
Pros: Very direct and stable feel. The lower ride height makes take-offs easier and gives riders a greater sense of control and confidence.
Cons: With less ride height available, the wings are more likely to breach the surface when carving or riding in larger chop.
Ideal for: Progressing foilers and downwind riders who prefer flying close to the water surface.
Pros: A versatile all-round mast length. It retains the direct feel of shorter masts while providing more ride height and margin before the wings approach the surface.
Cons: Riders who prefer a very low ride height may prefer shorter masts, while others riding in large swell may want the extra clearance of a longer mast.
Ideal for: All-round foiling, freeride and freestyle.
Pros: Greater ride height allows the wings to fly deeper below the surface, reducing the risk of ventilation when carving hard or riding in swell. The increased leverage also supports higher speeds and aggressive riding.
Cons: Slightly heavier and more technical to control. The higher ride height can feel intimidating for newer riders.
Ideal for: Advanced foilers riding in larger swell or demanding conditions.
Important note: by design convention, all our top plate masts have the fuselage angle set parallel to the board.
