WAVE, FREERIDE, FREESTYLE
Fusion
Ride. Carve. Repeat.
The Fusion is our medium-aspect wing collection. By nature, medium-aspect wings are versatile, manoeuvrable and easy to control, making the Fusion a true all-round performer across a wide range of foiling disciplines.
Looking for one wing to do everything? This is it. Freestyle, freeride, carving waves or riding wakes — the Fusion blends all these styles into one balanced and playful package.
2200, 1800, 1400, 1100 – Larger sizes recommended for casual and progressing foilers seeking easy lift and forgiving control.
925, 825, 725, 625 – Benoit Carpentier’s signature sizes and our ultimate wave wings. These smaller wings deliver greater manoeuvrability and control, making them ideal for wave riding, freestyle and wing foiling in windy, wavy conditions.
Fusion 1100, 1400, 1800, 2200 sizes
For the larger sizes, we selected our most popular entry level, progressive and freeride wings to also fuse them into this new, aptly named Fusion range:
E-Type 2 1100 -> Fusion 1100
E-Type 2 1400 -> Fusion 1400
S-Type 2 1800 -> Fusion 1800
S-Type 2 2200 -> Fusion 2200

DESIGN CORNER
Comparing the new Fusion and the previous E-Type 2*
New 'camber' profile
This new profile design has extra camber in the aft section that boosts low-speed lift, giving the new Fusion lots of low-end power and an impressive resistance to stalling at low speed.
Thinner leading edge
With this lift boost, we could trade some lift for wing thickness and make the leading-edge sharper, giving the Fusion ultra-sharp flying precision, higher top speeds and more stability when accelerating through maneuvers.
Wider wing tips for slides and spray
For advanced riders: we made sure not to reduce wing tip area too much. Fusion wings slide nicely over water to throw spray.
Refined aspect ratios
With their all-new profile sections, each new Fusion size could be refined in span and aspect ratio to improve glide, efficiency and acceleration.
Tip Twist
While most of the wing travels at a slight angle through water to generate lift, the wing tips gradually twist to zero degrees, reducing tip-vortex drag and letting the wing tips breach smoothly and effortlessly.
*applies only to the Fusion 625, 725, 825 and 925 since the Fusion 1100, 1400, 1800 and 2200 use shapes carried over from previously.
A PROGRESSIVE RANGE
Moving to the larger sizes, the Fusion range adapts to freeriders, progressing riders and beginners,
Fusion 1100, 1400
With medium aspect ratios close to 7, these two sizes are designed for all-round freeride foiling: maneuverable, stable and a joy to ride.
Fusion 1800, 2200
These two wings make learning to foil as easy as possible. Low aspect ratios = stability and ease-of-use. They take off gradually at low speeds and they offer maximum control with incredible flight stability. Foilers: start here!
Optimised Tail Wing Pairings
Matches the Fusion when surfing, freestyling and wing foiling. The Pro 180 is a very versatile tail wing, offering a stable ride with a nice tracking feel.
For progressing riders looking for something easy, we recommend going a larger tail wing like the Pro 220 or the Freeride 330.
Like the 180, the Pro 220 is a great all-rounder, offering stability and a nice tracking feel. Its larger area will give the progressing rider a nice easy ride, particularly during transitions when a larger tail wing helps to keep the board stable and flying through the air.
Benoit Carpentier's signature tail wing, designed to match the Fusion 625, 725, 825 and 925 perfectly in waves. His wishlist: maximum roll maneuverability, more speed and more acceleration. Available in normal length and in the 'Short' version.
For heavier riders, the Freeride 330 tail wing offers extra stability and a comfortable flight, even at lower speeds. Makes foiling as easy as possible.
